The Cookie Tin is a wholesale bakery with a very big heart, based in Gqeberha in the Eastern Cape. What began as Uncle Bé Schoeman’s small bakery business more than 15 years ago, is now lovingly carried forward by his niece, Hélène Coetzee, who took over The Bakery in 2016.

Hélène has kept everything people love about The Cookie Tin, the familiar flavours, the homemade feel, the generous biscuit buckets, while adding her own touch of care and creativity.

Hélène doesn’t do it alone. She is supported by a dedicated team who share her passion for handmade goodness. Together, they bake every batch with the same love, care, and attention that The Cookie Tin has been known for over the years. All for your enjoyment!
